MALEX does not provide financial product advice (personal or general), credit assistance, legal advice or taxation advice. Independent Panel of Experts (PoE)
If you engage a professional introduced via MALEX, you do so directly with that independent third party. They are solely responsible for their advice and services and must hold any required licences, authorisations, practising certificates and insurances. MALEX is an introducer only, not your agent, and is not a party to, nor responsible for, any engagement, deliverables, outcomes or losses arising from a PoE professional’s services.
No inducements / no recommendations
Our content, ads and communications are not an invitation, solicitation or recommendation to acquire or dispose of any financial product or to take up any credit product. Do not interpret examples, case studies or testimonials as advice. (ASIC INFO 269; RG 234 good-practice guidance).

To the extent permitted by law, MALEX disclaims all liability for loss, damage or costs arising in connection with any use of our information or any engagement you enter into with a PoE professional. Your statutory rights under the ACL remain unaffected.
Conflicts and fees
Commercial relationship. MALEX provides a paid platform to selected independent providers on our Panel. Providers pay a licensing fee to access our tools, analytics and distribution. MALEX does not charge you for an introduction and, unless we say otherwise, we do not receive commissions or success fees if you engage a provider. Introductions are made to help you find options; they are not recommendations.
